Rob Sommer, Director of Community Outreach for Alzheimer’s Community Care was the guest this week on Forum for Nonprofits. Rob discussed the services provided to both victims of Alzheimer’s Disease and as importantly to the family care givers of Alzheimer’s patients. Alzheimer’s Community Care has locations throughout Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties and their services are also available to Broward residents at their Boca Raton location.
