This week on the Forum for Nonprofit we had the pleasure of having Marlene Bloom, president and Shirley Harold, partner of Baby Otter Scholarship and Education Fund. The Baby Otter Scholarship and Education Fund is a non-profit organization focused on teaching special needs and underprivileged children. They focus on saving children and adults from drowning by teaching them their proprietary state and nationally certified “Turn Kick Reach,®” a five day private program.
