We had the pleasure of having Patrice Schroeder, community relations specialist at 211 Palm Beach County. 211 works to provide a team of specially trained staff to assist callers through its 211 HelpLine with crisis intervention, suicide prevention, information, assessment and referral to community services. They also collect and maintain information on community health and human services and makes this information available via its hotlines, helplines, printed directories, and on the web.
